rysWe are a RYS Registered Yoga School - Yoga teaching approved by the international Yoga Alliance

Yoga taught by experienced teachers in a beautiful studio set in an indigenous forest in Hout Bay. We teach a dynamic style of yoga, drawing from Ashtanga and Vinyasa Flow, strongly influenced by the the precision and alignment emphasis of Iyengar yoga. We also offer Pilates classes and individual lessons.

The emphasis is on creating a safe, relaxed and open atmosphere, encouraging students to ask questions, to explore and to receive instruction. Yoga classes are limited to 10 people giving you the individualised instruction and care you need to further your yoga and to care for injuries.

Yoga exercises every muscle in your body, improving flexibility, strength, balance as well as calming and focusing your mind. You can start yoga at any age, and from any level of health or fitness.

You do not have to be flexible to do yoga. Yoga helps you to become more flexible but yoga also helps to develop incredible muscle strength, balance and focus.
