RESTORATIVE YOGA FOR STRESS AND ANXIETY

Carla Collins is a 200hr and 500 hr Vinyasa Teacher, as well as a lead teacher on the 200 hr Yoga Teacher Training courses at the Wellness Connection.
In addition Carla is a Yin and Restorative Yoga teacher whose speciality is working with the elderly and people with post traumatic stress disorder and other stress symptoms such as anxiety.
This course will give you the tools to work using Restorative Yoga Techniques with different groups of people. The emphasis will be on teaching you well researched Restorative Yoga methods which include how to assess how to communicate, sequence, and if and when to appropriately adjust groups of individuals who may be experiencing anxiety, stress, or mild dementia.
