Bev is the Hot 26 and Modern Vinaysa Power teacher on the Teacher Trainings.  Bev is an experienced teacher, presently teaching at many Yoga studios in Cape Town.
Bev’s classes are huge fun and incredibly intelligent focusing on a mixture of balance, strength and flexiblity work in a vinyasa sequence method.
