Yoga classes giving you the individualised instruction and care you need to further your yoga and to care for injuries.The emphasis is on creating a safe, relaxed and open atmosphere, encouraging students to ask questions, to explore and to receive instruction.

Yoga Class Styles:

Vinyasa:   Most vinyasa flow yoga – the moving of one pose to the next in a flow – is taught without emphasis on alignment or any instruction. Alignment based Vinyasa, which we teach here at WC Yoga is the combination of both.

Beginner Yoga Classes: These classes are more instructive for those newer to yoga and for anyone who wishes to explore and understand the poses a little better
Hatha Yoga Classes:  These classes are suitable for beginners and for people with injuries or who may not be at their fittest. The classes are slow, gentle stretching and strengthening.
All level Classes: These are suitable for people who are happy to explore more advanced poses and may include backbends, arm balances and inversions. The classes are stronger than Hatha and Beginner classes.
Intermediate to Advanced Class: This class is suitable for those who are relatively comfortable to work on advanced poses. It is not necessary to be able to do the advanced pose but to be able to work towards the pose.

It is preferable that you have your own mat, but we do have mats available for you to use. Wear comfortable not too loose clothing and a wish to explore and have some fun.
