TEACHING SKILLS
Find your voice and teaching style, with skills covering private teaching, group classes and online teaching. You will develop your teaching in a safe place, progressively over time.
YOGA CLASS SEQUENCING
We break down sequencing into accessible, manageable blocks, giving you tools to build sequences with ease.
MEDITATION MINDFULNESS & BREATHWORK
Explore the theory and practice of these fascinating fields, including how to use these skills in the Yoga classroom.
ALIGNMENT, SYMMETRY, POSTURE
We explore many yoga topics with Jenni Rawlings, including diving into Yoga tips, myths and movement science.
BUSINESS OF YOGA
Learn how to build YOUR Yoga business; including finding your niche, and practical tools for creating an online presence and marketing for Yoga Teachers
YOGA HISTORY & PHILOSOPHY
From an evidence-based perspective we explore the path that yoga has taken over centuries and what it means to call yourself Yoga Teacher in the modern world.

CRITERIA FOR ACCEPTANCE
We do not expect you to be an advanced yogi, nor super fit or flexible. We expect that you have a yoga practice, a love for yoga and a commitment to the course and to your practice.
We require that you have high standards, accept equity in yoga and commit to doing no harm. You should be ethically aligned with our code of conduct, fully supportive of your fellow trainees, avoid discrimination, keep confidentiality, and commit to no harm.
REFUND/ CANCELLATION POLICY:
1. Please note that courses are only arranged once adequate paying trainees are identified. Course content teachers are recruited specifically for the designated course and are not employed by us.
2. In the circumstances, if you cancel a booking:
a. more than 28 days prior to commencement of your scheduled course, you will be refunded in full
b. less than 28 days prior to commencement of your scheduled course or anytime thereafter, you will not be refunded
c. Arising from emergency or illness then, PROOF MUST BE PROVIDED, in this event, you will not be refunded but will be allocated a place at the next scheduled course or a future course should you not be able to attend the next course.
REDUCED FEES FOR FULL TIME STUDENTS and UNEMPLOYED PERSONS: 200HR TT
South African residents only. Must provide proof of studentship or financial need status via documents such as proof of redundancy, unemployment, benefits, bank statements or other documents.
