YOGA TEACHER TRAINING SCHOOL

We are a Retreat Yoga Teacher Training School based in Cape Town South Africa.  Yoga Teacher Training is our speciality. Our 2 environmental barefoot luxury studios are built from non-indigenous, local wood,  glass windows framing our setting, an indigenous forest and stunning mountains. Our aim is to provide Yoga Teacher Trainings to all in sustainable, environmental and affordable way. We offer student and unemployed rates, as well as scholarships for Yoga Teacher Training.

We provide the highest standard of Yoga Teacher Trainings in South Africa. We have run over 30 200 hour and 300/500 hour Yoga Teacher Trainings and were the first studio in South Africa  qualified to offer Yoga Alliance (US) 500 hr Yoga Teacher Training certification. We are the only studio to offer 200 hour, 300 hour, 500 hour, Restorative, Yin, Kids, Hot 60 (Bikram), Power Vinyasa and Aerial Teacher Trainings.

All of our teachers are Experienced 500hr Registered Yoga Teachers, the highest level of yoga qualification possible.
