Delivered through a flexible self-paced online format, this training allows you to study over 12 months from anywhere in the world, while completing a 5-day live training module either in person in Cape Town or online. Completing this 300hr advanced yoga teacher training allows you to combine your existing 200hr certification and register as a 500hr Yoga Teacher, the highest standard of Yoga Alliance professional training.
