PAYMENT PLAN OPTION R1,395 X 12 MONTHS
PAYMENT PLAN AGREEMENT, CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
1. Payment Plan Agreement
By selecting the payment plan option, you agree to the following terms:
2.1 The total course fee of R16,740 is payable in 12 monthly instalments of R1,395 deducted via debit order on the same date each month for the duration of the agreement.
2.2 The full outstanding balance of the course fee remains due and payable regardless of whether the student completes, pauses, or discontinues the course.
2.3 This payment plan is non-cancellable. The full 12 instalments are due and payable for the duration of the agreement.
2.4 Once the student has accessed the course materials on Thinkific, the no-cancellation terms of this payment plan agreement apply in full.
2.5 Should any instalment not be received within 7 days of the due date, access to course materials will be suspended until payment is received.
2.6 The Wellness Connection reserves the right to pursue any outstanding amounts through legal channels should payments not be received.
2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
As the full 300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training course is immediately accessible after payment and available for download on Thinkific, the 7 day cooling off period provided under the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECT Act) does not apply.
In the event of non-performance of the digital course by The Wellness Connection — including course content being inaccessible, incomplete, or materially different from what was advertised — the Consumer will retain the full right to cancel within 7 days of purchase and receive a full refund.
3. Acceptance
By proceeding with payment or selecting the payment plan option, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to this Payment Plan Agreement, Cancellation and Refund Policy in full.
