INTRODUCTORY COURSE
This course can be taken as a non-yoga teacher or as a 20 HOUR Introductory Yoga Alliance Continuing Education module for Yoga Teachers.
In this Aerial Yoga Teacher Training course you’ll learn all the fundamental Aerial Yoga poses. This course is designed to get you strong and make you feel confident in the aerial yoga hammock and is open to everyone, no experience required. You’ll learn basic sequencing to link poses together for your own personal practice and to start your teaching journey.
